40-Minute Bikini Body Workout | Class FitSugar
It’s no secret that getting a bikini body takes hard work and total-body dedication, so we made a workout that has just that. Hi! I have a question, it's very important to me. My goal is weight loss. And I'm wondering should I workout while I'm on diet and how, or not. Because someone told me that if there is a lot of body fat, I shouldn't workout a lot. Can anyone give me advice? Firstly I wanna get off of my weight and then workout to built muscles.
