A lot has happened and a lot I can’t show you. Here are some snippets of some of my days 🙂

FULL WORKOUT:
– romanian deadlift 21s (4 sets)
– slow and controlled sumo deadlifts x10 (4 sets)
– hip thrus- ts x15 + single leg hip thrusts x15 (4 sets)
– hamstring curls x10 (4 sets) !NOT INCLUDED IN THE VIDEO!
– dumbbell romanian deadlifts x12 (4 sets) !NOT INCLUDED IN THE VIDEO!
– cable glute kickbacks x15 (2 sets because the guy sent me away from the cables)
