  13. My first time watching your video. I get so overwhelmed with so many videos that I do not know where to start. I want to really tone – lift & firm butt, get rid of bat arms, and lose the stubborn belly fat. Can you recommend which videos should I follow? How many times a week? Appreciate it. BTW – my gosh. I wish I can do the jump squat. I have very bad knees and its awesome to see you do it….

  19. completed in combo with daily 5 and 20 mins walk run, was great💠, crazy though cos once i use to run 45 mins everyday and do 1 hour aerobic classes…when i was young lol
