    She has some terribly tight hip flexors that keep bending her back when she moves. Not good. That could make for a painful lower back.

  18. What is the order of exercise's? How many reps and weight for beginners? In video all the different moves , are they all being done every workout? Can't just guess how much to do , don't want to lose the butt I have doing it wrong order or times? Please help , thanks

    great ideas, really, but i don't get the full picture here.
    how many times per week and how many of these should someone do to actually see muscle building down there at some point?
    and when you intensify your leg area what about all the other muscle groups, big and small ones? how do you keep balance?
