  5. This workout WORKS!!! I have been doing it since 2011, on and off. Every time I have an event in 2-3 weeks. I start doing this waist workout every other day and it NEVER fails me, NEVER, trust me, I've put it to the test for 7 years. Within 2 weeks it shrinks my waist. Ladies, don't sleep on this workout. Heads up -you're going to be in PAIN the second day, but rest up and get back on it the 3rd day. Do it every other day for 2 weeks and you'll see results. THANK YOU TIFFANY!!! I have memorised the routine.

  9. Seriously. Thank you. This is amazing. I'm 210# and can't move my hips to save my life. I found this video today and am glad I did. I've done other dance workouts including Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs and today was the first time I was able to coordinate my upper and lower body (AND I was able to get that booty shake down- go me!) It feels good.

    A year ago, I used to have diet, going to the gym and do the exercise in this video almost every day, and I lost 16 pound in 40 days…
    Now … I am going to the same gym, having a diet … and (not) doing this video and its horrible ….
    I lost 7 pounds in a 30 days only
    I don't know what's wrong , but I will start playing again with you starting from today … to see if there will be any difference

    OK anybody who doesn't believe this makes you sore….trust me – it does!!! This is only my second time doing this, but I am a sit up queen, anything that has to do with abs I can nail it for long periods of time, no trouble. With this workout, I did not feel sore the next day, it was the 2nd day in; I have not felt this tender with ANY OTHER ab workout. So…I will continue to do this workout, I'll try for two weeks and see if there is a difference. The best part?? It's fun and before you know it – it's OVER! Super quick workout, we'll see about results but I"m feeling it right now : )

  26. It really works. Lost 2 inches in a week n half. Did it twice a day along with proper dieting some cardio n strength training. Before adding Tiffany to my workout regime my waistline would not shrink for shit. Thank u Tiffy 💙
