    This is my first successful diet plan. If only this diet would have been in living a lot sooner. I know I would of lost at least 6 more pounds. Google “sowo amazing plan” to find out all the ins and outs.

    I feel like all the sweat that comes out of your body is like an second shower before the real shower comes. You crazy girl Cassey but I love all the work you put into every single video. And I get mad that I scream at you sometimes when its just too much.

  21. Does anyone know why I literally cannot do the lunge one where your back leg is moving up and down? It kills me knee and feels like it's doing damage.

  22. Does anyone else have a lot of lower back pain during these moves? I can't finish the video because my back hurts too much.

    I can't tell you how excited I am to add you to my daily schedule! I love how positive you are through each move and express that it burns even for you.
