  4. Incredible workouts guide “suza great plan” (Google it) that could definitely help you burn those disgusting belly fats and build 6 pack abs. The instructions and guidelines are so easy to follow and understand, I acquired Six pack abs in small amount of time. This guidebook is truly informative and I recommend everybody to utilize it as well.

    Tiff? Will I be able to loose lower belly fat FLAB with this? I don't know what to do.. I can see definition in my stomach already but I still have a little lower pudge still hanging. What can I do to work this particular area? Or should I watch another one of you videos? Thanks!

    This is a killer one when you do it properly, and the results are great, you just have to remember to press your back to the floor and create tension in lower tummy, burns!

  26. I've lost 25 pounds. I just have a tiny little kangaroo pouch I want to get rid of. I did this for three days last week, and I will only be able to do it for three days this week. I'm going to start doing them everyday. Hopefully by the time my birthday hits in January I'll have a completely flat stomach!

    I absolutely love your videos and feel like they really work! I am doing this workout once everyday after cardio – is this enough to tone my muffin top? also any advice on how to tone up my obliques? as these are the places on my body I tend to store the most fat and really want to change but could really use some guidance from ANYONE who knows as I am a bit of a novice!!

  32. I love this workout. It was hard to lose my lower ab fat for years. Until I started doing this, tabata hiit, and the paleo diet. It only took a few months for my abs to be flat completely.

    Looks like an awesome workout. I will definitely try this. I was a little destracted though with the young lady in the back to the right…she wasn't really doing excersies correctly,was kinda giving up..just a thought

    Hello there! Have you read about Cobrian Ripped Abs Workout (do a search on google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my m8 achieved excellent results with it.
