  7. Hi Lucy, love your exercises! πŸ’œ I suffer with back pains due to scoliosis. I was wondering if there’s any specific exercises that could help with the mainly lower back pain. I know squats, etc. sometimes cause a bit of pain and I tend to stray away from them! Love what you’re doing πŸ’œπŸ’›πŸ’œ

    Donβ€˜t know why I didnβ€˜t start earlier with your workouts. Started today with your first January workout and it was soo good. I havenβ€˜t worked out for a long time now and I still could do it. I really like the concept of doing a small home workout every day instead of going to the gym 3-4 times a week for 2 hours. I think I can stick to that easier and get into a routine. Thank you for doing this! Iβ€˜m excited to get fit and healthy again πŸ™‚
