    This is the first time I've actually wanted to rate a workout. I like how the steps weren't overly complicated. I also suffer from some hip/low back pain and I was able to do all the advanced moves. I loved it! It was a great 30 minutes!

    This video is SO FUN. Get ready to sweat. The trainer is so fun and high energy and I didn't notice the HUP HUP during the actual work out, too busy sweating. I modified and used two kitchen towels for sliders. I dont own weights, so I didnt use. Still got a killer workout. Love this one!
