The entire workout:
– Triset warm up: 12 reps each exercise repeat 4 times.
-SIDE DELT RAISE: 12 reps
–LATERAL FLY: 12 reps
repeat 3 times*
ROTATING SHOULDER PRESS: 15 x 3 sets
ROPE FACE PULLS: 12 x 3 sets
*BURN OUT SUPERSET*
EXTERNAL ROTATOR: 12 reps
SINGLE SHOULDER RAISE: 10 reps each side
SHOULDER RAISE BOTH ARMS: 5-7 reps
