    I have tried the morning so many times and I hate it. I still make myself at least get in some cardio in the morning a few times a week. I love to go to 4:30 class though and love it and for some reason I do love weekend morning work outs. So weird lol!!!

    ughhh, but I would have to get up at 3:30 am to workout in the morning before work. I can't do it Kara! I wish I could. I just get it done in the evening as much as that sucks too.

  14. Omg!!! I felt like you were talking directly to me!! I totally took off my waist trainer as soon as you mentioned about a judge telling us our waist needs to be smaller. Which happened to me when I competed about 3 weeks ago. When I mentioned that my skin fold was at a 2.5 on my hip and my waist measured at 24 inches then all of a sudden I needed bigger shoulders to make my waist look smaller. Smh.

    So I guess I'm about to have some epic shoulder workouts.
