FULL QUAD & HAMSTRING WORKOUT:
1) Duck Stance Leg Press 5Sets 15,15,12,10,8reps aiming to increase the weight with each decrease in reps
2)Hack Squat 4Sets 12-15reps
3)Glute ham raise 3sets AMRAP (As many reps as possible)
4) Stiff leg deadlifts 4sets 10-12reps
5)Seated leg curl 3sets 20reps
