BiKiNi-Workout: Fit bis zum Sommer mit einer halben Stunde Training am Tag: JETZT anfangen ;)



Hier noch ein HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) das ich gern mache. Verbrennt Fett, trainiert Bauch, Beine, Rücken, Po, Schultern, Arme und verbessert die Haltung – alles auf einmal.

Trainiere am besten 3-4 x pro Woche. Wenn du öfter kannst, umso besser.
Ein Training besteht aus:
ca. 10 Minuten Aufwärmung
ca. 10 Minuten Workout
ca. 10 Minuten Stretching
