  3. This is one of the BEST arm workouts I’ve ever tried! In the last 3-5 minutes, you are kneeling while doing the exercises, yet in a cardio heart rate. Oh, and those half push-ups feel more effective than more of their full range counterparts. Incredible- thank you RL!!

    possibly, better than arm workouts that include free weights. Amazing!
