  2. For my next competition I am going to try working on one body part a day intensly and see if I get different results.

  3. I work out 4-5x a week. Each video you see I do the same regiment for the week 2-3x that week and the other days an intense Cardio HIT training, as you see I would do full body every day. Then the next week switch it up as you notice in my videos to another full body workout but doing different excercises. I would start with 30 min. of cardio if that day I didnt do an intense 1hr+ HIT training. You can mix up the full body workouts and parts you work on.

  6. Would love to know on each week: 1) how many times you do the workout in the video (and if it is exactly the same every day in that week) 2) what your exact daily regimen is i.e. you do 30 min of stairs then the video workout etc. so basically your EXACT regimen daily 🙂 thanks!
