Bikini Body Workout #30 – Beach workout for sexy body
This workout is focused on whole body. To make it little bit harder i went on this beautiful beach and did it on the sand which is very demanding cos core muscles are working harder to keep up with the balance. So try this 4 exercises, 10 reps of each and go through the circuit 5 times. U will be whipped out after. I promise u this. At the end try to do at least one Ninja Jump ….this was my first time i did it and it was so much fun. Remember to squeeze your abs while you are doing this exercise and all the others too.
