Hello Everyone!

Welcome to my weight loss and fitness journey with the Bikini Body Guide (BBG) by Kayla Itsines!

This is the last day of the BBG week 2 which is the Full Body Resistance workout. I know the caption is very vague so in case there is confusion, the resistance workouts consists of 2 circuits which repeats 2 times for a total of 4 circuits. Each circuit has 4 different workouts that are to be repeated in that specific order as many times as possible within 7 minutes. There is a 30 second break in between each circuit and a cool down at the very end.

Here is the order for the circuits:

β€’ Break (30 Seconds)
β€’ Circuit 2
β€’ Break (30 Seconds)
β€’ Circuit 1
β€’ Break (30 Seconds)
β€’ Circuit 2
β€’ Break (30 Seconds)
β€’ Cool Down

Week 2 Full Body Workouts:

Circuit 1-
1. Burpees
2. Jump Lunges (Alternating Legs)
3. Lay Down Push Ups
4. Sumo Squats

Circuit 2-
1. 4 Mountain Climbers + Push Up
2. Straight Leg Jackknifes
3. Skipping (aka Jump Roping)
4. Commandos (On Both Arms)

(The exact number of reps for each exercise is in Kayla’s BBG Program)

My Meals For Today:

Breakfast-

β€’ Whole Mango
β€’ Apple Cider Vinegar Water

Snack-
